Three Boxes of Glass Plates from Queensland
These three boxes of glass plates, two Kodak Austral Anti-Therm and one Ilford Rapid Special, come from Summerholm in Queensland. Australia Kodak Limited was formed in 1908 as a result of merger between Baker and Rouse and Eastman Kodak. In 1911 the company became Kodak (Australasia) Limited. It changed its name again in 1920 to Kodak (Australasia) Pty Ltd. Judging by the labels on the boxes Austral Anti-Therm glass plates were produced between 1911 and 1920.
